Here we are, new year, new goals and aspirations. But before we move forward, we need to let others know what we achieved in 2016. Donors, supporters, customers may already have some idea of what you were busy with, but how can we really get them to understand in an interesting modern way so that we can build on that story and make 2017 a truly successful year?
It’s easy to get bogged down in the detail or to repeat what supporters have already heard. So how do we change that? How do we make our donors sit up and take notice to get our story across? I may have found a solution…
I am really pleased to be working with Ozge Tigli of Bumbuku Creatives as she has opened my eyes to the ways of Digital Storytelling and the benefits it brings over traditional more conventional ways. Ozge’s clear thinking and advice has already stood me in good stead for 2017. I am bursting with ideas and inspiration for engaging an audience, building trust-based relationships and inspiring and influencing stakeholders. Sounds like the right combination right?
I can’t wait to get started working with clients and colleagues embracing this technology to tell our stories through fun creative and still informative means to really make a social impact.
We are living in an age of the digital revolution. Love it or hate it, it’s here, so why not embrace it and use it as best we can to tell our story.
